Shine Kids Therapy Clinic is a team of experienced and dedicated Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Therapy Assistants, and Clinic Administrators.
Our exceptional team are here to help you with all aspects of your child’s development, family life, and any of life challenges. Our professional team work closely together to meet your child’s goals and to promote positive changes in your family’s lives.
Jennifer has a Master of Child and Educational Psychology and worked as a play-based Psychologist for over 22 years. She is also the Director at Shine Kids Therapy Clinic. Jennifer has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families conducting educational assessments, providing counselling, supportive parenting, and group programs. She has worked in school and community settings as well as many years in private practice.
Jennifer works with children with ASD, developmental delays or gifted, anxiety, emotional and behavioural regulation difficulties, and social development. Jennifer has additional training in challenging behaviours and works with families from the Thoughtful Parenting and Collaborative Parenting frameworks. Parenting forms a large component of Jennifer’s work.
Jennifer is also a qualified Sandtray therapist and had additional training in art and play-based therapy, and is passionate about helping children and their families live more connected and meaningful lives.
Jennifer completes educational/cognitive assessments, ASD assessments, individual counselling, behavioural and emotional development, as well as parenting support and strategies. Jennifer also visit schools, kindergarten, and childcare centers to further support children’s development and their families.
Our Occupational Therapists
Camille has a Master of Occupational Therapy. Camille works with children and families in all areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care independence, and fine and gross motor skills.
Camille is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Shine Kids Therapy Clinic.
Dean has a Master of Occupational Therapy. Dean works with children and families in all areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care independence, and fine and gross motor skills.
Dean is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at Shine Kids Therapy Clinic.
Wincy has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviours and genetic disorders. She enjoys working closely with families to transfer the skills that children have learned in therapy to their home and school. She works with children and families in all areas of development which include fine motor, gross motor, self-care independence, social skills, and sensory processing related issue. Wincy also conducts functional assessment for funding application and assessment for school readiness.
Wincy is available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays. She is bilingual and speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Our Speech Pathologists
Natasha has a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She enjoys working with preschool and school-aged children with a range of speech and language difficulties.
Natasha has experience in delivering individual and small group programs to target areas such as communication, play, literacy, swallowing/mealtime, speech and language development. She is trained in the Augmented Communication devices. She is passionate about collaborating with individuals and their families to develop individualised programs to maximise their potential. As well as a range of individual therapies, Natasha operates the Lego-Based Therapy groups, Social Skills, and School Readiness Program groups.

Madeline is a 4th year occupational therapy student and enjoys working with children and families in all areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care independence, and fine and gross motor skills. Madeline currently runs our Saturday social skill programs with Rebecca.
Rebecca (Bec) is a 4th year occupational therapy student and enjoys working with children and families in all areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care independence, and fine and gross motor skills. Bec currently runs our Saturday social skill programs with Madeline.

Emma Smith – Practice Manager
Emma is our busy Practice Manager who makes sure that our clinic is running as it should. Emma is happy to answer your queries, fix things that need fixing, and chat to you about your day.
Mary Diamond – Receptionist
Affectionally known as Fairy Mary, Mary is a fun loving and family focused receptionist who is happy to take your calls and answer your queries. Mary is trained as a children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher and runs programs.
Katherine O’Halloran- Receptionist
Katherine is our Saturday receptionist who is happy to answer your queries, have a chat, and find out just how much fun the Saturday Programs are!
