Shine Kids Therapy Clinic is a team of experienced and dedicated Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Therapy Assistants, and Clinic Administrators.

Jennifer Farrell – Principal Psychologist & Director
Jennifer has a Master of Child and Educational Psychology and has worked as a play-based Psychologist for over 22 years. Jennifer has additional qualifications in play and sandtray therapy, relaxation and mindfulness, and behaviour interventions, using a collaborative parenting approach. Jennifer works with children, adolescents, and parents. Parenting sessions are a large part of Jennifer’s work.
Jennifer monitors all therapy work in the clinic, supervises, mentors, and guides the therapists to produce effective outcomes for all clients at the clinic. Jennifer works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during school hours.
Elizabeth Gregory- Psychologist
Elizabeth has a Master of Psychology and is a registered Psychologist. Elizabeth aims to create an environment where people can feel safe, supported, and understood. Her approach is person-centered and solution focused, where she works together with clients to meet goals and improve overall wellbeing.
Elizabeth is available Monday through Friday at the clinic.
Anke Bezuidenhout – Psychologist (Provisional)
Anke is currently completing her final year of qualification in psychology. Anke aims to create an environment where people can feel safe, supported, and understood. Her approach is person-centered, where she works together with clients to meet goals and improve overall wellbeing. Anke tailors each session to individual needs, drawing on techniques that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Play Therapy.
Anke is available Monday through Friday at the clinic. As a Provisional Psychologist, Anke cannot currently see clients with Medicare MHCP.
Our Occupational Therapists
Airlie has a Master of Occupational Therapy. Airlie works with children and families in all areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care independence, and fine and gross motor skills. She has a personal interest in ADHD and behaviour related difficulties working with a positive behaviour focus. Airlie also runs our group programs and conducts functional assessments and funding applications.
Airlie is available Tuesday and Thursdays at Shine Kids Therapy Clinic.
Camille has a Master of Occupational Therapy. Camille works with children and families in all areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care independence, and fine and gross motor skills. Camille has a personal interest in neuro-diverse learning.
Camille is available Tuesday through to Friday at Shine Kids Therapy Clinic.
Wincy has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviours and genetic disorders. She enjoys working closely with families to transfer the skills that children have learned in therapy to their home and school. She works with children and families in all areas of development which include fine motor, gross motor, self-care independence, social skills, and sensory processing related issue. Wincy also conducts functional assessments for funding applications and assessments for school readiness.
Wincy is available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays. She is bilingual and speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Our Speech Pathologists
Natasha has a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She enjoys working with preschool and school-aged children with a range of speech and language difficulties.
Natasha has experience in delivering individual and small group programs to target areas such as communication, play, literacy, swallowing/mealtime, speech and language development. She is trained in the Augmented Communication devices. She is passionate about collaborating with individuals and their families to develop individualised programs to maximise their potential.

Emma Smith – Practice Manager
Emma is our busy Practice Manager who makes sure that our clinic is running as it should. Emma is happy to answer your queries, fix things that need fixing, and chat to you about your day.

Kristie is our busy receptionist working Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Kristie is happy to answer your queries, manage your appointments, and chat to you about your day.
